The Armstrong-Indiana-Clarion Drug and Alcohol Commission, Inc. (AICDAC) is the Single County Authority for Armstrong, Indiana, and Clarion Counties. In this role, the Commission is responsible for facilitating the provision of a comprehensive and balanced system of quality substance abuse prevention, intervention, and treatment services for the three-county area. Clarion County was added to the agency’s area for drug and alcohol services.

The Commission is also responsible for assessing needs, planning, developing, coordinating programming to meet these drug and alcohol service needs and then monitoring and reviewing the outcome of these interventions. The Commission targets four core drug and alcohol service areas:

• Prevention
• Intervention
• Treatment
• Case Management

Direct services are provided through contracts with state licensed agencies. Case management services are provided through the Commission's contract with the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs. Services are available to all Armstrong, Indiana, and Clarion County residents regardless of their ability to pay.
