Clarion County Domestic Relations provides spousal and child support services. Not only does the office handle local cases but also works with other counties, states and countries regarding the support orders. After orders are set, the office modifies them based off the clients request and enforce them as necessary. The office also provides updates to clients and helps them with understanding the child support system.

Although the Domestic Relations office does not accept child or spousal support payments, defendants can pay support via ExpertPay, PA SCDU (check or money order), Money Gram (walk-in or online) or e-childPay online. Processing time does vary for each type of payment option.
