Act 88 Report of Mail-In and Absentee Ballots 
The total number of Mail-In and Absentee ballots cast in Clarion County for the April 23, 2024 Presidential Primary Election is 1,398.


Notice of Pre-Canvass  
The Clarion County Board of Elections will meet at 7 a.m. Election Day, April 23, 2024, at the Clarion County Administrative Building to pre-canvass all absentee and mail-in ballots received prior to the meeting. One authorized representative of each candidate and one representative from each political party shall be permitted to remain in the room in which the ballots are pre-canvassed. No person observing, attending or participating in a pre-canvass meeting may disclose the results of any portion of any pre-canvass meeting prior to the close of the polls. Notice of Polling Location Changes
Hawthorn Borough voters will now vote at the Hawthorn Fire Hall, 3891 Main St., Hawthorn
Monroe Township voters will now vote at the Zion Church, 114 Zion Road, Clarion

Elections

Clarion County Election Department coordinates election and voter registration activities. The office provides information to candidates seeking election. Information includes qualifications to run for office, calendar of events, terms of offices, petitions and instructions, campaign financial reports and instructions, and Statement of Financial Interest Reports. Sample ballots and election results county wide and by precinct are available.

Voter Registration 
The Voter Registration Department is responsible for assisting individuals in registering to vote. This is done in the office, through the mail, online, through the Department of Transportation and other State agencies. A list of voters in Clarion County listed by precinct and political party (Street Lists) are available by request.
