The Clarion County Treasurer’s Office serves the public by handling applications for licenses. You may purchase a dog license at the Treasurer’s Office, through the mail with a Dog License Form, or online. Purchasing dog licenses through local businesses is no longer an option.

To purchase a lifetime dog license, you are required to have the Permanent Identification Verification Form filled out. It can be found in the Lifetime Dog License Application link on this page, at your vets office, or in the County Treasurers office.
