We are temporarily located in the Clarion County Complex Bldg.  (the old Source Bldg.) during the Court House renovations.  

YOU MUST APPEAR IN PERSON AT:

Shippenville, PA  16254


Clarion is located along Interstate 80, Exit 62. Follow Route 68 North for 2.5 miles to U.S. 322. The courthouse is located at that intersection.

DO NOT E-MAIL OR SEND APPLICATION OR MONEY TO THIS OFFICE

• Application can be filled out online and then printed.
• Please complete front questions 1 through 32.
• Don’t sign and date until you appear in the office.
• Read questions 1 through 9 on page two of the application.
• Answer YES or NO by writing the answer in the margin beside the number.
• References should not be related to the applicant.
• Bring with you:
  • Current valid Driver’s License
  • Current valid License to Carry Permit from your state
  • Fee of $20.00
