 Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance

 
The Clarion County Planning Department is responsible for processing subdivision and land development applications for individuals, companies or organizations creating a new lot line, selling part of their property or building a commercial structure.
 
The requirements of the Clarion County Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance (SALDO) apply to all municipalities in the County that have not adopted their own subdivision and land development ordinance.  Because the following municipality has adopted a subdivision and land development ordinance, if your project is located there, you must contact that municipality:

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS, CERTIFICATIONS, APPROVALS, AND LEGEND
The acknowledgements, certificates and approval signature blocks that follow shall be inscribed on the subdivision or land development plat as quoted and shall be properly signed and notarized when the plat is submitted.  All certificates shall be placed on the final plat in an arrangement suitable for placement of all required seals.
